Promotion of Access to Information (PAIA):
Quoin Wealth (Pty) Ltd complies with the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 (PAIA), which gives individuals the right to request access to information required for the exercise or protection of their rights. Our PAIA Policy outlines the categories of records we hold, including client information, company documents, statutory records, financial and operational data, and information relating to employees, contractors and third-party service providers. Requests for access must be made in writing and include sufficient details to identify the information required, together with proof of authority where applicable. While clients may access their own information directly through their relationship manager, formal PAIA requests apply to all other information and will be processed in accordance with legal requirements, including prescribed fees and lawful grounds for refusal where necessary.
